Gifts to the CEF Capital Fund permit the CEF ministry to do special things for special ministries.

TexasCEF's loan rate for self-supporting congregations is currently 6.25%.

Your gifts to TexasCEF permit us to finance new mission starts at a rate of 4.75%.  Additionally, TexasCEF lends to specialized ministries (those serving minorities and low-income areas) at rates from 1% to 5%.

Gifts of appreciated assets may be made through Lutheran Foundation of Texas (LFOT), one of our partners in ministry.  They have a number of ways that a gift may be made with future benefit to TexasCEF and current tax benefits and cash flow for the donor.  Visit them at their website (by clicking on their logo below) to learn more.
