CrossPoint Lutheran Church in Katy

Cross Point has three campuses, Westgreen, SevenLakes and EightTen. On December 4th, EightTen will have a grand opening service for their new community church. David Jung is the campus pastor. Let's keep this growing congregation in our prayers as they celebrate this special day.

Trinity Lutheran Church in Houston

Trinity had a celebration on Thanksgiving Day. It was the perfect day for a "note burning" ceremony.

We are entering the busiest time of the year. Between parties, holidays, shopping and family, it's easy to get off track financially. Here are a few quick tips to make the most of the holiday season without breaking the bank:
- make a budget (and stick to it)
- make a gift shopping list that fits your budget
- recycle holiday gift bags and bows
- plan free family activities such as playing a game, looking at neighborhood Christmas lights, attending a live nativity at a church, or doing holiday crafts
